I had an excellent experience dealing with iSpect. The inspector dint only do the inspection but provided several recommendations in the report on how to maximise the space usage. Highly recommended.

iSPECT did a great job in scheduling and doing building inspection. They picked up all defects at the property and their report was practical and easy to follow. Highly recommend them for any pre-purchase building inspections!

Today, I had my pre-purchase unit inspection with iSPECT after seeing their high Google reviews, and they definitely didn?t disappoint! A special 5 stars to Mazin Bayati for his thorough inspection of the unit and generous advice. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful, and took the time to answer all our questions. I also really appreciated that he accommodated my request to receive the inspection report in the afternoon and completed it within just two hours! Everything you could ask for before purchasing a property. Highly recommended! ??

They are a fantastic company! With being a first home buyer and not having a great deal of knowledge in this field, they explained everything on the phone really well. The report was done promptly within 24 hours and was also very easy to read with photos for me to understand. Thank you so much for everything.
